We fly often - twice a month on average, sometimes more. I bought it for my two girls ages 3 and 5. It was the best investment of the trip. They no longer fight over lugging my carry-on. We've had it for a year now and it's holding up well. I bought them the monkey version. Pros: * Ideal size for toddlers and younger kids * If they get tired of dragging, they carry it like a backpack * If they don't want to carry it at all, I can carry both - one on each shoulder. * They pack all their inflight entertainment and essentials: baby fleece blankets, dolls, coloring books, headphones, snacks, etc. This can fit a surprising amount into a small bag. If I don't feel like carrying a separate bag for my laptop (I have a small thin Lenovo) and magazines, I put them here too. * Fits under the front seat * Has TWO side pockets for drinks. Sometimes I stuff their little stuffed animals inside. Cons * The wheel cover (to be used as a backpack) is very worn. My kids sometimes accidentally leave it on when pulling bags so they get pretty dirty. They love their bags so much. Best of all, you learned how to pack yourself.
