I like that it is easy for us as an organization with multiple departments, but also works across our entire office environment - which makes sense because we're looking at ways of reducing paper waste in general! The software has been very helpful so far; however there are still some areas where they could improve (such as having more user friendly templates). We've seen quite significant cost savings since implementing this solution last year from over 100k annually down into around 40-50K per annum currently!!
