So in my biggest I was 48G. It was impossible to find affordable and comfortable bras that didn't lose support a few hours after wearing them. GIRL! This bra is a miracle especially since I've lost over 30 pounds and my boobs are a little deflating. I figured I was probably in the 46 range and guessed I should be DD(E) or DDD(F). I went for 7xl and it fits like a dream. The bandage around the chest is nice and wide with a hook and eye at the back to ensure a snug fit. Straps must be adjusted with VELCRO! VELCRO GIRL! It rests on the bottom so it doesn't stick out at weird angles, and the strips are about 1 inch wide. So comfortable. There is thin padding that can be removed for additional coverage and support. And darling, this thing sucks in the armpit. The fabric is soft and feels comfortable. The clothing is very well constructed and feels sturdy even when I'm lifting my heavy artillery. Keeps cool even during workouts and gives me support I never thought I would ever get back. Those who know about my problems have praised this bra as it helps me with my posture and makes my figure much more attractive. I will buy more of these. When washing I would suggest removing the padding and putting the bra and pads in a garment bag. . Wash on a delicate fabric and let air dry. I always hang my bras dry, they seem to be getting better. The bra has been washed several times and is holding up great. No weird shrinkage or seal breakage. For the price, it's a miracle (so far). I will update this post as soon as it bears fruit.
