The battery is red BUT the mask doesn't light up
My mask doesn't even light up. And yes, I put in 2 new AA batteries and the ends are firmly connected. The red light on the battery is on, but nothing on the mask. Sending a return is not allowed, I think I have to leave something that doesn't even work, but the company/seller should send me another one for my daughter to get on Halloween.
