Well, it's very small, when I put them on for the first time I thought they gave me a child's size. But it's made for running, so the vest sits higher on the chest and fits well for once. The water bag is small and BPA-free, so water tastes like plastic and toxic chemicals, especially on hot days. I washed it but it still tastes like melted plastic. Also, on the first use, the plastic tip on the mouthpiece fell off and fell to the ground. I put it back on, but be careful not to bite too hard. Love all the extra side pockets which come in handy for a protein bar etc. Where the plastic vest lay, my back sweated a lot more. on the back of my shirt. Basically, it's like wearing a semi-plastic shirt that barely breathes. I use this running water vest sparingly. It's lightweight and gets the job done. But maybe replace your water pitcher with a BPA-free one.
