Good value but leaks
This review is for 34 oz. the size. I bought them because 32 oz. by weight of dry rice you need just under 34 ounces. Volume due to the air between the grains. They are usually well made. The lids have three tiny O-rings molded on the inside to seal the body of the jar. But here's the problem. Rings are not sealed. I filled the jar with water, screwed the lid on very tightly, and then pressed the sides of the jar with my thumb and forefinger. Water has leaked, which means air is seeping through the seal. Since I plan on waxing the dry food storage joint, I don't really mind. But to say they are hermetic is wrong.
