Cute necklace but fragile and poor quality

I love this necklace so much. It's simple and goes with everything. However. My first one broke within a week. Very random. I did nothing, just touched my neck and it ripped apart. It's okay, I bought another one. Literally after wearing the second, the same thing happened 2 days later. looser. Nice chain, bad quality!
