WHAT HAPPENED WITH THIS REVIEW This product was tried immediately upon receipt and DID NOT WORK AT ALL - DOA. This has been tried with several Nikon, Sony, Pentax, and Olympus cameras and hasn't worked (all test cameras worked with an OEM-supplied short-range remote). And yes, the battery lock has been removed from the case, but the design of the "long range" remote is such that the battery compartment cannot be opened to confirm battery contact. At this price, it's not worth wasting your time and resources trying to get it back. The trash can, here it is, and the manufacturing and distribution company just lost a customer forever.
