This attractive, lightweight neck TENS unit is an excellent therapeutic tool. It sends electrical impulses through the skin to relax muscles and trigger the body's own painkillers. I have a problem with chronic discomfort and neck stiffness and this week has been very tough as I prepare for an important exam. I only tried it for a few minutes and when I took it off I was amazed at the flexibility and pain relief I experienced. I like the heat setting for sheer comfort, but electrical stimulation programs with gentle electrical tingling and tapping are very effective. Once I charged both the neck unit and the remote it was so easy to adjust the intensity and switch programs. Very glad I tried something so innovative!
