Its ability for me as an independent consultant is unparalleled! I know that my clients will be able use it without any issues or hassles with support from Blue Prism (or lack thereof). The product itself could have been more intuitive/easy-to understand at first sight but this may also come down to personal preference depending upon what you are familiarised with before purchasing such software. It was easy enough once we got our heads around how everything worked together - just like learning another language really if your used to other languages e.g Java etc. Have confidence when working out code solutions because no matter who writes them they work well every time even after updates which makes life easier than ever!!
