I bought 3 of them. 2 of them proved to be reliable. The third showed failure after a few months of use. While this is inconvenient in itself, it's not a bad thing, what's terrible is my support experience. We sent the monitor back through the RMA process and received a new monitor. This replacement monitor was bad. We have initiated the RMA process again. We received another replacement monitor. That second replacement monitor was bad. The likelihood of this happening seems incredible. We're starting to think they're sending us monitors from a bunch of bad monitors that customers are sending them. We are starting the RMA process for the 3rd time. Hope the 3rd time charm.
