We live in a camper van and really need this chair's folding feature to store away when not in use. This chair solved my problem and is MUCH more comfortable than the folding chair I used to sit in. The comfort is average for an office chair - good enough to sit without back problems. The plastic lumbar support digs into my back a bit at times, but not enough to cause any major problems. After a few months of use, the screws will loosen and the seat will become a little wobbly, but that's pretty typical of most chairs like this. Tightened the screws and off we went. I wish the manufacturer would supply lock washers or something to keep the bolts from loosening, that would be nice. UPDATE: About 5 months after I started using this chair, the metal bracket holding the straight back broke and the bracket was buried. deep into the material in the chair. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to fix this. So now I'm sitting in the van with a broken chair, just as uncomfortable as before I bought it. The idea is great, and the chair was pretty comfortable before it happened, but I don't think I would replace it with the same chair.
