Great for those of us who can't use sodium lauryl sulfate.

It doesn't cause flaky tissue in my mouth every time I brush my teeth. It tastes great (lots of flavors to choose from), but I wake up at night with a bad taste in my mouth - not so good at "cleaning" my breath (and I clean my tongue!). I've found using mouthwash afterwards helps a lot. and a bit expensive
