I thought I had spent a lot of time looking for alternatives to Aperture lamps like the 120d and 300d. I also looked at some video reviews. I've had it for about a month now and honestly the more I use it the more I hate it. Build quality is okay, but the Bowens mount is loose and the mount rattles like crazy. The focusing mechanism doesn't stay in place either. But the worst (and most important) is the brightness. This thing is weak, like it's not touching anyone. It works well in RBG mode, but in duotone mode it's just ridiculous how weak it is. I have this light back and am saving up for something with a much better lux rating. This is a $200 light at best.
