Too bad I didn't go for black as the gold color is too flashy for me. But it is not so bad. I've been a Scotch/Whiskey drinker for a while and wanted to dabble in cocktails. The quality is good, all the necessary tools are present. The bamboo base is well made and the tools fit snugly in the appropriate holes (it may take a bit of effort to install one or two of these, but after a few tries it goes in and out smoothly. Overall it does the job pretty well) and it's a good price. Not bad for my first set. Finally, the coating on the outside seems to be holding up well as I've banged the shaker against other objects and the coating hasn't chipped off at all.
