The first watch I received did not tell the time. I changed the battery but the time is still not running. The company immediately sent me a new one and I sent the first one back. The second package, unlike the first package, included a warranty and instructions on how to use the watch. This led me to believe that the first watch I received might have been a 'returned' watch that was resent to me. It sucks. The second watch received is cute, fun and works. It's like a mini work of art. I like it.
