So I'll give this review before I have a chance to wash it. So not sure how it will hold up after washing, I know you will have to hand wash them. I usually wash my son's clothes before he wears them, but the other day we had errands to run and I wanted him to put on his new hat and scarf. My 2 year old and I really like this material, it's nice and soft, it's very stretchy, it keeps you warm and warm, he had a blast wearing it and looked adorable in it!
