The ability to track different profiles of data from candidates for recruitment purposes has been very useful as it gives us an opportunity to view trends over time by job title or skill sets that are being sought after at any given moment within our organization. There isn't much I dislike about this product but perhaps more information could be made available via better branding/marketing materials so we can share with potential customers what they will get when using their system versus other similar products out there? We use T+I because it allows me access across all my internal teams which was important since some people were working remotely without direct supervision during COVID times. It also helps keep everyone up to date regarding new opportunities both internally & externally throughout North America!
