Review on Charles Hubert Paris Stainless Quartz Pocket Men's Watches ... Pocket Watches by Jason Carranza

I bought a Charles-Hubert 3599-W as a gift for a family member who wants to wear/use a pocket watch instead of a wrist watch. I've been trying to find nice, quality quartz watches that won't break the bank. After doing quite a bit of research I settled on this watch and definitely found the best price on Revain.com. The first thing that catches your eye when you open the packaging is the immaculate look. The inner box and case give the impression of an expensive pocket watch. The watch looks just like the pictures and I love the engraving on my chosen model. It's set to be viewed from the side (12 o'clock - 90 degrees to the left of the stem), which is my preference, and is a good average size. My only concern is the quality and durability of the watch. I'm afraid the jury hasn't arrived yet. It's a lot easier than I expected. When I pull the tip to set the time, I don't feel that the internal mechanism is "reliable". I'm feeling a little loose. I can't say for sure, of course, but that's my impression. All of this leads me to believe that this watch may not last very long before it needs to be replaced or taken to a workshop for repairs. If you are looking for a beautiful, original pocket watch rather than a family heirloom, this could be the watch for you.
