I received the hair very quickly. There are no problems with shipping. Upon receipt of the hair, there were no foreign odors or textures. The hair is soft and elastic. I had it installed and the hair is styled beautifully. There are no kinks, nor did the curls stick together. I would recommend rinsing your hair before use. Only after the insertion did the scalp start to itch a little. The hair has held up well and continues to look natural the longer I've had it. I used color 30 and hair #4 wrapped at the roots.
