Very good customer service, very responsive to emails or calls during business hours! They are always willing & ready for any questions we have about their product line as well. A little bit of an outlier when it comes to shipping times- but that is more due to international freight than anything else (we're in Canada). We use them primarily because they offer such great prices with exceptional returns policies compared to other companies I researched elsewhere. Shipping time from Italy can be anywhere between 2 weeks - 4 months depending upon where you live geographically which makes tracking difficult at best if not impossible sometimes even though your item was shipped within 1 week after purchase date + some days later still no update/tracking info available! Would highly recommend this service over others given all options reviewed here were averagely priced w low return policy etc.. Our customers feel secure since.
