Great tool if you're looking forward seamless eCommerce functionality
The integration with POS systems is great - it's easy for our customers to view their product information at any time they need without having to leave the store! It takes some getting used too but once we get over that hurdle everything flows smoothly from there. I have no complaints about this software so far. We've been using this system since early 2018 when it was first released by Kosmo. This has allowed us to better streamline processes as well as provide greater visibility into what items are selling best within each department.
Pros
- This software is very useful for keeping track of inventory, sales data and customer information
Cons
- There is a learning curve for this software but once you get the hang of it, it seems simple and easy to use
