Helps reduce blue light, but acrylic glare can be an issue.
I am buying two of these blue light acrylic screen protectors for my work monitors. The problem I see is that while acrylic cuts blue light, it causes another problem: reflective glare. Not sure if I'll keep the two I bought or go back. I'll try them out for a week and report back.
