I got this 8/7, packed it lightly on 8/12, and here on 8/20 the shoe pocket on the back is already tearing at the seam. I only had Sandals in there so I didn't have it stuffed at all. It's a huge bag, perfect for a weekend and thats why i got it but this isn't the best quality if it came loose after very little use.ETA: the company contacted me directly and replaced this without any trouble. The new one has held up beautifully since then and I am very pleased with both the quality and especially the customer service!
