I have used the grape flavor on my 6 and 4 year olds. A six-year-old loves the taste, which surprised us as he's autistic and more picky about what he puts in his mouth. My 4 year old didn't like the taste. We use it after brushing our teeth or taking oral medications at night. It's too early to say if it helps, but as far as I know the ingredients, it can't hurt them and should help. I think I might try a different flavor for my younger one to see if he likes it better. It is important to note that you must use the bottle within 90 days of opening.
