DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

This is useless junk. It does not contact the cigarette lighter socket and does not charge anything. You can force it to make contact by pushing it down with about 15 pounds of force. , but as soon as you let go, it loses contact. A secondary issue is that the compartment door is too long to close over. I tried this device in 4 cars and it didn't work in any. Bad design.
