Tag says it's a dog bed. Also very, very thin.

Why does the label say this pillow is a dog bed? And what is a "base"? Also, this pillow creases so easily that I'm very skeptical about neck support. I will update if everything is ok. UPDATE: I really like this pillow. It's fairly comfortable and seems to have reduced my morning neck pain. I'm not sure if harder helps better or not.
