The first order came so crooked and with a hole where my bracelets were, I had to exchange it because the quality was so bad, I couldn't even hide it. The second one (pictured) was vooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, no holes or doors! When open, the left side stays non-stationary and closes, while the right side stays open until you close it yourself. This is a pretty good holder if you don't have too much jewelry. I ordered this because I wanted to downsize my jewelry closet. It gets the job done, but if you're someone who likes to wear necklaces, there's barely enough room on the hook to put one necklace on, let alone several, so I'm considering putting them on and off with pliers would be a lot easier.
