I bought this toothbrush to remove food residue from my braces or to freshen up when I'm away from home for a long time. I think they do a good job when you can't use a toothbrush, but they're not perfect. I ordered and tried them just before my braces and didn't think they were that great. However, after I put the braces on, I liked them a lot more. Pros: The bristles are REALLY hard. This can be a cheat for people with sensitive teeth, but it helps push food out. I really don't recommend rubbing them on your gums. They contain some toothpaste/mouthwash like gel to keep your mouth fresh. This brand is much cheaper per unit than others. No need to find a sink Cons: The bristles aren't very long, so they don't really clean well and can get food stuck in random places. You have to bite off the middle bubble to release the gel. This causes the gel on your teeth to explode and sometimes the outer coating can also get stuck in the braces.
