I like that it has many different options to choose from (and can be customized). There are also multiple ways of viewing your print jobs, which makes tracking them easier than with other programs. The program doesn't always work as well when you're using older computers or slower internet connections - this was more noticeable during periods where we were out in public wi-fi areas. We've been able to use this tool to track our projects better since they have an online dashboard available at all times so there's no need to go back into each individual project file every time something needs adjusted/changed. It helps us keep organized by separating tasks into separate files instead of having everything lumped together in one giant document.
