Good: Bought early June 2020. The headset works very well. I would have preferred full headphones or the ability to add them. They become uncomfortable over time, but this can vary from person to person. I just find them too small. I use them a lot and need my hands free when speaking. I had no trouble connecting to my phone via Bluetooth. Pretty easy with the Galaxy Note 9. The range from phone to headset, how far you can go, is so-so. About 30 feet. The blue parrot was better, but it surpassed it in call quality, battery life, and noise cancellation. The Blue Parrot is still a good headset in my opinion, but these are better for me apart from the mechanical durability. Pluto's battery lasts a very long time, and the extended battery will easily get you through the day when you use it that much. good case. Easy to use, rechargeable batteries, and it doesn't take too long to fully charge. Bad: They fell apart, so they're currently unusable. During the warranty period, so let's see how it goes. I contacted customer service today through their website and saw how they are responding or if they are responding. The main speaker is attached to the headband with a small metal tab and has come loose from the plastic. Now the headset, speaker and headband don't stay together. Added pictures. This is a pretty fundamental flaw. If there was a metal liner inside the earpiece, it would completely eliminate the problem. I'll update here with a solid 4 if not 5 stars if and when this is fixed. Otherwise, for the money spent, they're not worth 9 months of use. I am currently using an old blue parrot. People have complained about the sound quality after switching to my old headset. Sequel follows. Update February 23, 2021 Contacted support. David replied same day within a few hours over the weekend. I'm not sure what the outcome will be, but the customer service has been outstanding so far. I don't think they've seen this issue in the past so we'll see where it goes. I miss my headset.
