These things are awesome! For the money it's amazing. The problem, however, is that they are not very loud and do not have a volume control. I used them in conjunction with Mackie Freeplay. I usually use 2 Shure SM58 mics, but I needed the portability of wireless mics. For my recent karaoke party, I plugged these mics into one of the jacks and the SM58 into the other. Comparing these mics was a little awkward, but that's two mics short of half an SM58. so that makes sense. The main problem was the volume. I had the input cranked up for these mics, as well as the overall speaker volume. I then had to lower the level for the SM58 and the bluetooth/aux channel (the karaoke track audio) to match the wireless mics. I end up with more mics and more freedom, but less volume overall. However, they were barely loud enough to work. The battery life was amazing. About 2 hours of use and they were still over 80%. I used 2800 mAh batteries. I am considering buying another set! I want them to be different colors. It's also worth noting that I'd pay an extra $15 if they had a volume control and rechargeable internal batteries. Another brand has these mics but they use a larger receiver and I choose them for the tiny receiver and mixed colors.
