This mouse feels great, looks very nice and has performed fantastic in the few days that I have owned it. Unfortunately I couldn't get Glorious O to work properly. Even though I installed the latest firmware, as well as additional firmware that the company sent out to fix this issue, I still couldn't get their software to recognize my mouse. Every time you try to run the software, the message "Device disabled" is displayed. Even though I was using a mouse and it worked fine with my PC, the software thought the mouse was disconnected. I went back and forth with their tech support and their final solution was to remove my mouse and my computer with the problem to prove it was the problem and then they sent me a replacement. Obviously I didn't want to do this with a brand new mouse and it went back to Revain and I immediately ordered the G Wolves Haiti. I'd say it's a shame because the Glorious O Model D felt really good and worked amazingly well. But the lack of DPI and RGB optimizations makes the overall package less impressive.
