Works a little but looks very nice.
I'm 5ft 6in 175 tall and carry most of it in my stomach. I ordered size 16, the top fits great, the waistband at the bottom of the top is a bit tight, but ok, I think 18 would be too big. The floor is terrible! Too small and small, can't wear it. For this price I wear the top and buy the bottom elsewhere.
