I received this seat cushion for use in the car, not for its intended purpose and it works well. My son, who is now in college, bought a Mustang whose previous owner decided to replace the front seats with racing seats but didn't include the original seats in the sale. My son asked me to drive the car while he was away but the seating in these seats leaves a lot to be desired. This cushion adheres to the bottom of the seat quite well and is quite comfortable. Best of all, it raises the seat by about 3 inches so I don't feel like I'm sitting on the floor and now I can almost see the end of the hood. I was expecting to get the pillow in a box, but instead it ended up half-folded in a nice zipped bag that I'll probably keep something else in, like a blanket or sleeping bag. Another extra that I wasn't expecting was the textured grip material on the bottom of the cushion or a sewn-in strap that I could use to attach it to the seat. Overall very happy with it and while not specifically designed for my application, it worked better than expected.
