These bags were sturdy and made well, but I didn't realize they had no carrying straps when I ordered them, so I returned them for some that do. That was the whole reason I'd gotten them--to make it easier to get my massive amount of laundry up and down the treacherous basement stairs, which has a ridiculously heavy trap door, while I fight off my cats so they (or I) don't get decapitated by this absurd door. Having a slippery nylon laundry bag with nothing to hold onto or attach to myself will be worse than a laundry basket and totally counterproductive. Who wants to carry this huge thing with no straps when it's full?
