Can't even describe how much it helped. I was still showering, but stress and hormones were making my hair break in clumps. With this product, my comb doesn't look as spooky as usual, my hair is long but not as thick. I've been using this for several months and my ponytail is thicker. I've been using another anti-thinning shampoo for about a month just to try it, but this one is much better. The vinegar smell is a little noticeable in the shampoo at first, but as soon as you apply the conditioner it goes away. I also just used the gold label and it works too. I feel like the vinegar gives my hair less frizz and more shine than the original.
