I really liked this product. While I can't speak to the direct benefits, I can say that the taste was good and if you follow the instructions it turns out to be a good product. The only problem I had was mixing the drink. I've found that without a mixer ball, shaking isn't enough to mix and most of the mixture doesn't mix completely. However, if you are just looking for a product that works as a good recovery mix, this is definitely for you. I love my SIS products and what sets them apart from the competition is their scientific excellence.
