I loved this massager so much in the time I've had it. I bought it in April 2020. I've used it on my neck, shoulders and back. In December, the massager suddenly slowed down and is now struggling to twist the knots sideways without getting stuck permanently. The motors sound like they are working really hard, but still can't do their job anymore. Also, the knots seem to catch on the fabric case and twist it as you turn it, which also causes it to get stuck. I unbuttoned the fabric to find out why and it looked like the plastic knots were clogged (I don't know what? Maybe leftovers from the neck lotion or something?) so I cleaned them to bring them to new condition bring to. I thought it helped him work better but no. the problem persisted. The product is now practically useless because it just can't do the job it used to do. Such a bummer because I really loved this thing. Maybe I just need to buy a new one from another company.
