I don't think I've ever written a product review before, but I have to! I had a headphone jack in my Mac about a year ago and tried everything to get it out - I tried the usual bic grip + superglue trick but I messed it up and I think I superglued the jack there . Because of this I thought I was done and stopped trying. A year later I ordered on a whim, thinking it was hopeless with all that superglue, but it worked after my second try! I gently hammered the tool into the headphone jack and when I thought it had gone far enough I used pliers to pull it out. The first attempt loosened the jack, and the second pulled it out completely. It took a maximum of two minutes for my laptop's speakers to start working again. Best $10 I've ever spent.
