Review on High-Performance Mechanix Wear MCW WA 009 Gloves in Medium Size - Maximum Protection and Comfort by Shaun Stapp

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Deducted 1 star because the touchscreen doesn't work as advertised. otherwise i like them.

Good gloves, I'm deducting 1 star because the description says they work with thumb and index finger touchscreen devices and not touchscreens I've tried a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone and isn't very important for me because I'm not used to it and my phone is set to react when I press the button. Haven't had really cold weather but high 20's and low 30's, dexterity is better than many winter gloves (just will never be the same as non insulated gloves), fit is good, I wear 2x in other Mechanix gloves That are in was the same with these, I went to the lumber yard and tried on what they had before I bought, the lumber yard didn't have a 2x and the XL just wouldn't work. The 2x are initially snug, but wear them to work for a day or two and they fit like a glove. Where the velcro meets there is a small space for the wind to blow, I might try to quickly put on my next pair if that doesn't bother me yet. $22 for a pair of gloves might seem like a lot, but if you can wash them and they're recyclable, that's really a cost savings over cheaper pairs that don't wash well. If Mechanix ever reads this, things I'd like to see in the future offer them in brown or muted. I don't really like wearing advertisements and looping my wrists like boxing gloves to fit the carabiner. Well, it is very convenient to hang them on the belt and not lose them. I never take off my Mpact gloves so I don't have to look for them and there will be times when they need to be taken off e.g. B. when I need to make a phone call, type or work on fine details.
