This is a must have if you have a child who loves dresses. My daughter has several and prefers wearing them under dresses rather than leggings. I really like these tights for several reasons. First, they come in a variety of colors and prints. Second, because of the size and exceptional quality, they can be worn for several years. Third, they are legless. Perfect for shoes that don't need socks. And finally, the ruffles at the bottom are very cute!

Pros
- We love these leggings! Runs true to size and I love that I can fit my 4 year old and 10 month old.
Cons
- Knitted thighs were too thin and shone through. The material has hardly stretched.
