This has been great so far! I was able to implement it very quickly because we were already using their other product (iBiz). We have had excellent support - they are always helpful when you need them most; like at 9pm after midnight during Thanksgiving week ;) They've helped us resolve issues as soon as one popped up or even before someone realized there's something wrong if our system shows no alerts/warnings about false positives that could indicate problems but then later turns itself off completely without warning etc.. Sometimes things get "stuck" due to not being updated properly sometimes- hopefully will be fixed shortly!! But overall happy thusfar & grateful this solution does what seems fairly straightforward which helps me justify purchasing more products :) There do seem limitations within certain countries where calling cards cannot use these services however- hope its only temporary until such time those restrictions expire :D It.
