The flexibility of being able to list my own jobs or those provided by other employers, I can also advertise specific skills that are required instead of just general "employee desired". It's not as easy to use if you're not tech savvy but it's worth looking into! For me personally this feature allows me to find new work without having to send out mass emails which isn't always effective. If I'm interested in an opportunity then posting it up here gives me the chance to chat with them first before sending over any details. The best thing about this platform was that it helped me to find my first work remotely in India, where I am currently working from home! This website has given an opportunity of finding jobs which were not available before because they are located outside your country or state only!! It's one stop solution if you're looking out there any kind off online platforms like freelancer etc., then definitely go with them as well. Nothing much at all but yes its worth giving try once!!
