Fast delivery and nice shower head. However, we have some concerns, especially that other parts are not the same as shown in the photo.1. The hose is fundamentally different from the hose pictured on the product page. This hose is smooth looking cheap plastic hose with no visible metal and it's kinked so badly that even after 2 days of use, running water etc it's still a big kink that I can't relax. It sticks out 2 feet horizontally, perpendicular to the floor, so you keep bumping into it when you shower.2. The shower head holder is a lightweight plastic element that no matter how many times it is tightened, after a minute of use it will weaken and the shower head will fall back down and splash water on the wall where it is installed.3. The hand shower was sent to (MNhomeoutlet) not in a box but in an envelope with almost no protection. I have no idea what internal damage occurred during shipping, which is a concern, especially as the correct placement and function of the complex internal mechanics determines its lifespan as a viable showerhead. A Moen shower head holder that works great and makes us wonder if these other parts were original Moen parts or not. We don't know for sure, but they definitely don't match the product image on the product page.
