Doesn't work well but my granddaughter still liked it
My granddaughter wanted this for Christmas so bought it despite the bad reviews. she loved it. I did not think about that. Manual winding, it doesn't move for more than 5 or 10 seconds. It swims badly, stands upright in the water. If you hold it under water while changing it, it will float better. But in the end my granddaughter liked it so I'm glad I bought it. I think that's what grandparents do.
