Poor connection between phone and headset. Nobody can hear me until I cover my right ear. The sound is clear if the connection is not lost. There is no "noise reduction". hear, and I can still clearly hear the noise around me. The battery life sucks. Overall, I would not spend my money on this brand or model again.๐
