The pre-workouts I've tried in the past have been hard enough to make me want to go to the gym and expend energy. After using pre-workout supplements for about two and a half years, I got this impression of the pre-workout prescription. So I was a bit skeptical about this pre-workout due to the lack of DMAA. But after reading forums and reviews from very reputable sites, I decided to give it a try. Boy was I glad I did. Now Volatile has me thinking about what a pre-workout program should do and how I'm feeling. The energy, not the overload, was more than enough to get me through an hour and a half of training. The thing is that I extended my training longer than usual. I also focused on that. My first use was 1 1/2 scoops for legs, back and chest. I was so enthralled with the afterword that it seemed like I'd added inches all over it. I also felt full, I wasn't working the muscles. I could still feel the pump in my hands about 2 hours after I left the gym. I am addicted!
