I used to give a lot of praise for this product known as Vidal Sassoon Hair Dryer for Men. Although I took the Revlon hair dryer out of the mops after use, the following happened: 1) the bristles of the brush fell off 2) the plastic brush holder broke in two different places 3) this shorted out the device, resulting in very strong heat and possible Damage to the socket in the grounded chains at home. The bathroom plug I use has a grounding hole. Apparently, different manufacturers can make a big difference. The Vidal Sassoon hair dryers I bought from Revain have lasted many years, not months like the Revlon hair dryer! This can be an accident; Emptor caveat - buyer pays for everything! If this continues, try "Hoot Tools" for men!
