The headphones are awesome. I've been using it for almost a year now, after making the switch from Momentum TWS. At first, I enjoyed the momentum's sound, but after hearing Sony, I chose to change them and have not been sorry. Sonya should be tried on before being taken and purchased because their size and fit are not universally flattering. There was some consideration given to making the conversion to XM4, but after perusing numerous online discussion threads and video demonstrations, I concluded that it would not be worthwhile. Since they only made a marginal improvement to the best noise reduction, there is. Landing is now the same as in the Momentum (they need to be screwed into the ear), and the sound is almost unchanged. Since I already have a WH 1000xm4 there's no reason for me to change.
